Product Return & Refund.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9930239663 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and product packing is intact when you send the products back to us.
Are all products purchased from Beyond Ordinary covered by warranty?
Every single (except customizable products) product we sell through our website has a 1 year warranty & is completely replaceable in case the product is partly or fully non-functional, damaged or seems to be tampered with before opening the box.
How do you know whether your product is warranted? What is the validity?
It’s usually mentioned on the product page. All warranted products contain warranty information inside. You will find this in your User’s Manual or on a separate Warranty Card enclosed or just printed on the packing.
Will we refund the amount if you are not satisfied with the product?
We will refund the amount only in cases of defective and damaged products, if you are not willing to accept a replacement. If you are not satisfied with the product, we could only offer a replacement or provide you with a store credit which could be used for a period of 6 months.
What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on Beyond Ordinary, replaced?
All physical products sold on Beyond Ordinary are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
In order to get a defective item replaced:
Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or Call Us on – 9930239663 within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately but subject to availability of the same with Beyond Ordinary.
In case of a damaged product, you can also opt for a complete refund by emailing us a picture of the damaged product at email@example.com
Replacement is offered for the products sold by Beyond Ordinary only.
How do I cancel or return a product ordered on Beyond Ordinary?
If the product has not been shipped, click on the cart shaped icon on the top right corner, select your product & click on cancel. If the product has been shipped to you we can only provide you with replacements in case of defects in the product. Please refer to the 30-day replacement guarantee as above. In some cases, we offer credits and cash refunds for damaged and defective products only.
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product; Damage caused due to misuse (utilization of the product in a way not mentioned in the product manual or description)
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, tags, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Any product that has been used or installed.
Products with tampered or missing numbers.
Any product that has been brought using gift vouchers/coupons is not liable for refund or replacement.
Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
NOTE: In case the product is found in a damaged state, please send a picture of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Damage Product – Beyond Ordinary” as the subject.
