Shipping policy

We ship across Pan India through various courier service providers. In case of queries related to delivery, please contact our customer support or respective courier service with the shared tracking id.

International Shipping is not done currently.

Any times or dates stated for delivery are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Beyond Ordinary Products within the time specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

Refund is not possible for any delivery delays, though our team will try to take reasonable efforts to find an amicable solution.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the product you received is different from what you ordered, it is important that you contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will not consider any complaints reported after this time frame. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Products will be dispatched beween 2-4 working days.

Personalized products will be dispatched between 5-7 working days.
